Bill and Jenny, a referral from a past client, had been talking about a move to a warmer climate for years—but they needed to sell their current home first. The area they were moving to would be more expensive, so we were watching the market and discussing home-improvement priorities that would help them get maximum value from the sale.
With low inventory and values increasing, I advised it was the right time to give it a go. The only problem was that they were spending the winter months out of town, and weren’t sure how they would oversee the work that needed to be done prior to the sale. We offered our help—and after agreeing on a plan to refresh the main areas, they trusted our team to step in and make it all happen while they were gone.
We helped move furniture, selected paint colors and new lighting, oversaw all work, completed our staging, and amped up social media to showcase the lifestyle the home offered to potential buyers. We sold the home in days for top value—which meant Bill and Jenny were off to enjoy sunshine and palm trees that much faster. They couldn’t be happier in their new home, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the trust they placed in us to help them get there.

The breakfast area got a whole new look when we painted the walls a warm neutral, added statement lighting, and tied it all together by moving their dining room cabinets here and adding matching black chairs from our staging inventory. We staged the cabinetry with white pieces to keep it fresh and light.
